1. All fields in red are mandatory to fill out, please feel free to fill out the rest also.
2. On the question "Which chapter do you wish to be affiliated with?" write "Sweden 197" if you live in Sweden.
   
3. Field ”State/Region/Province/County” can't be left blank, write ”SE” for Sweden.
4. On the question “Person who introduced you to ASIS”, you are welcome to use me as your reference "Klas Nilsson" "225081", see below
   (It tends to speed up the application process).
   
5. You don't have to fill out the part under “Critical Infrastructure Information (U.S. Members Only)”
6. On the bottom of the page ”signature” and ”date” just write your name and date with the keyboard (it should say, name and date).
7. Click on the button you will en up on the payment page.
8. Click on the button
9. When you fill out "state" and "country" you can't leave out state, you have to fill out as on the picture below (SE for Sweden).
   
10. Fill out name, address and credit card details and click on the button
11. On the page "Review order" click on the button
12. Print or write down the order confirmation number/receipt for your records.
